RETURNS / EXCHANGES
* A 20% of purchase price restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
* Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning item(s).
We accept returns that meet the following criteria:
* Return must be made within 14 days of tracking number registering as "Delivered".
* In order to make a return, you must first notify our offices by phone or email that you wish to return your purchase in part or full.
* If you wish to make a return, original invoice must accompany the items which you wish to return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We WILL NOT accept returns on the following items:
* Undergarments
* Opened Makeup / Cosmetics
* Worn / Used items
* Damaged / Soiled Items
* Items that store tags have been removed or are in condition other than which shipped
RETURN PROCESS
After receiving your items we will issue refund based on items(s) returned.
We issue refunds within three business days of receiving the items.
Once we have issued the return, it can take up to one full billing cycle for monies to be credit to your card; contact your card issuing institution for their policies regarding time associated with credits.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to follow our RETURN policy and purchase new items.
