INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping charges depend on weight and destination. To give you an idea of costs, a small item, such as a panty or a piece of makeup will cost around $4.00 to ship Internationally, whereas a 2 pound package (such as two full size lotions) costs around $26.00. Please keep this in mind when you order one item with a low price point; the shipping fees may be more than the item costs.
Prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, VAT or tariffs which are imposed by the country in which you reside. Every country has different policies in regard to importing goods; we suggest checking with your Customs Office in your country if you have questions about your countries policies. From what we have found, many countries also have a website which you can use to look up rules/regulations/fees. We are obligated by United States law to declare the contents, weight and value of each parcel shipped. We cannot alter the declaration of the contents of the parcel or the value of the merchandise.
Importing Rules / Regulations are strictly the buyers’ responsibility. Worlds Sexiest Wholesale, LLC is not responsible for parcels or items inside of parcels that are seized by Customs due to importing issues. As an example, items made from Wool or Feathers cannot be imported to Australia. Should you reside in Australia and choose to purchase a Wool sweater from WorldsSexiestWholesale.com; should Customs choose to destroy the sweater, Worlds Sexiest Wholesale, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement of any form. If you are unsure about items that can/cannot be imported into your country, please contact the Customs Office in your country prior to making a purchase.
When a purchase is made through our site, the item(s) ordered are scanned as they are packaged to ensure that every item purchased is placed inside of the parcel. However, once a package leaves our warehouse with an international destination we can no longer be held responsible if something happens to it in Customs. If customs opens your package and charges you duty, confiscates merchandise or anything else of that nature we cannot be held accountable. As mentioned previously, when we fill out Customs Declaration Forms, we are obligated to record the items, weight of the items and value of the items. We then pay shipping based on the total weight of the parcel. Should we ship a parcel that weighs the proper amount based on all contents, and the parcel arrives weighing less and missing contents; we are not liable for the missing item(s).
Should a parcel be returned to Worlds Sexiest Wholesale, LLC you will be reimbursed for the cost of the products minus any fees incurred by Worlds Sexiest Wholesale for the return of your parcel, this includes the “return shipping cost” as well as other fees.
Delivery Times and Tracking Numbers: You will be provided with a “Delivery Confirmation Number” (Tracking Number) instantly when we print your postage. The email will be sent to the email address which you used to complete Checkout. Please check your Spam / Junk Mail folder if you do not see this email within four business days.
International Delivery Time varies by destination. We are located in Michigan (in the United States). We have had orders arrive in Brazil or the UK in as little as six (6) business days and we have also had orders take three (3) to six (6) weeks to arrive in Malaysia or Africa.
AS A TIP: If you keep your order light (under four pounds) it will typically arrive faster than a large-box order of heavy items.
Please understand that we have no control over the speed which the postal service operates. It is always our hopes that your parcel will arrive in as little time as possible, yet we have no way to make it “hurry” or tell the post office to “make it arrive faster”. The Tracking Number which you are sent provides you with the same information that we are provided with. If you have questions in regard to speed which your parcel is traveling; these questions need to be directed to the postal service.
Keep in mind that a parcel often spends two to five days in Customs. Some countries have Customs offices that operate quickly while others do not. Again, Worlds Sexiest Wholesale has no way to control the speed of Customs in your country.
